We had an old failing flat garage roof that we needed to replace to be able to sell our home. After getting other wildly expensive quotes, we contacted Tim for his opinion. He provided us with a different and better concept than just a replacement. His quote was more than fair and the price we were quoted is what we paid. The work began within a week of the contract being signed and after 3 days of work we had a beautiful new roof over our two car garage. They tied the gutter into an existing downspout and even patched the brick where the old flat roof drains were. It is a seamless install and he was somehow able to make it look like it belonged there on our 80yr old home. Throughout the whole process Tim was great to deal with, you really get the feeling that he is telling you like it is and giving you the best options you have. You can tell he cares about his clients and the work he does. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the future. Thanks for the great work Tim.
