I am very, very, happy with the work that Derrick has done. Very polite and nice young man. Derrick worked very hard, diligently and did exactly what I asked him to do AND he made sure he cleaned up the mess and hauled it off. He followed my instructions to the T. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Derrick is sincere and really cares about his customers. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.

They cleaned up after they were done - which does not always happen with contractors. Derrick was also quick to respond when I reached out to him. This is a great company. Derrick is very professional while being personable. He does outstanding quality work and I already have him on the books to redo my kitchen and bathroom. Derrick is a visionary - he genuinely listens to my ideas and then comes up with wonderful suggestions. He will be taking down some walls to open up my living area which I never would have thought to do. Derrick is always responsive retuning my calls. I trust him totally and he is always respectful of my home. Also, his pricing is right in line - a bit low for the quality and customer service I receive. I strongly recommend - Derrick is a true professional.

Excellent workmen ship , fast , cleaned up after he finished, wasted no time and I would not hesitate to use him again. I recommend him very highly to anyone who needs to get him.

Derrick is fair and honest He is in constant communication from start to finish.. This work was for a rental property and when the work was complete Derrick provided photo's of the completed work.

Derrick did a great job. He was on time and very professional! He had to get another piece of baseboard to match up and that saved us $30. Good work!

Derrick did such a great job installing a new patio door and bracketing a new dishwasher into place that we called him again to do some painting. After being burned by multiple no show contractors he is a breath of fresh air in that he arrives when he says he will and works diligently. He has a great attitude and we appreciated his suggestions. Highly recommended - we will be calling him to remove carpeting and install flooring in 3 rooms and to repair the hallway ceiling as soon as time and budget allows. You won't be sorry!!!

Derrick is a real gem!! We will be using him again and again for all of our handyman work. He was just wonderful. Did the job well beyond our expectations. Was neat and organized. Just such a great attitude and a nice person. Was there when he said he would be. Offered lots of helpful tips and extra information to help us and made sure to clean up nicely afterwards. Even during a tough time post hurricane, he maintained a strong work ethic and made sure our job was done. We highly recommend him and feel like we were so lucky to find him.

The project was to remove an old garbage disposal and replace it with the one I had purchased on a double sink. The guy showed up a little earlier than expected. He was eager to get to work. He was totally professional. I arrived home about two hours after he had started working on the project, and told him I didn't like the way he was configuring the drain and traps. Some would have walked off the job, or told me to talk to his supervisor. However, Derrick worked with me to configure the traps exactly the way I wanted them. For every snag in the project, Derrick pressed on to find a solution. Despite the extra time it took to finish this task, Derrick stuck to his price. I definitely would hire this guy again.

They came on time and completed the project quickly and efficiently. However, while I asked them to provide estimates on three other projects, they did not show up for the appointment and have made no effort to contact me.

Derrick was awesome! Unfortunately, in just a few minutes after he arrived he was caught in the middle of a very tense situation between a tenant and landlord. Most folks would have lost their patience, gotten irritated, and escalated to match the tone of the agitated tenant. Not Derrick - he was very respectful, maintained his professionalism the entire time, gave very thorough descriptions of the problems, and thoroughly explained how to resolve them. If you want to see someone's true level of professionalism, watch how they react under fire - Derrick could not have done better! He will be my first call for any future handyman repairs.
