We had Brian come in and relay our brick deck fall 2021. . He talked a big game about always making things right, never having a complaint, etc. Early spring 2022 water was pooling around d our foundation, bricks were separating, a brick wall was coming apart, and downspouts were leaking just to make a few things. . We had to put some bricks in place to wait for him to come to do the repairs. The first call to Brian is as soon as I get back I will come to look at it I am on vacation. I will be back next week. Well 3 weeks went by then we get a message well I am moving down to Missouri and my brother Lukas is taking over. This guy has lied so many times I can not even tell you. Brian once texted were on the invoice to see a warranty. We have been now trying to get a hold of Brian and his brother Lukas no callback. Our deck is falling apart, the stone wall is coming apart, downspouts still leak, and when we get rain the water pools against the foundation. We did not think we needed a warranty since Brian talked a big game but now we are left with a falling apart brick deck.

Classic is reliable and does a good job. I like the fact that they use snow blowers and shovels and not truck blades to clear the snow.
