The job consisted of a mailbox made with block and stone veneer that matched our home exterior. The agreement was made last July after he did a similar job for my neighbor across the street. I paid him 700.00 dollars to initiate the job, order the stone, ect. We were in contact through email several times until 12/3/20. The stone was ready to be picked up and I was under the impression the mailbox was to be started. That did not happen. 5/11/21 was the next email I sent....5/24/21 was the next email sent. No response to either of my emails. I called twice and left messages and still no responses. After sending this review, I will be contacting the better business bureau for further advice. Be very careful how you handle payments for work from this contractor. Im out 700.00 and no mailbox. He doesnt even have the courtesy to return my communications!

Had pavers laid on patio and 2 steps laid up to outside door. Itâ s just been 5 months and the top step has dropped 2 inches. Cannot get contractor to come and fix his mistake.

"Hi Vickie. Again I apologize for any inconvenience this might have effected your family. When we spoke about fixing the step it was very cold and I didn't want to come repair something that needed to be fixed when the weather met the installation specs. I did come by and look at the problem which I agree it did need attention which it did settle about a half of an inch in the middle of the step which needed to be addressed due to a safety issue. Once the weather cooperated we have taken care of the repairs and if there is any other concerns please feel free to contact me at anytime. I would be happy to help. Wonderful job all around. We hired Mike to complete a considerable project that ' was originally supposed to only encompass reparing and covering a 100 year old front porch with flagstone. We ended up expanding the project to add several patio areas, including an outdoor fire pit area. Mike is so knowledgeable and the quality of his work is excellent. He walked us through the project and suggested design options to help save money. Mike and his employees were professional, polite, and very skilled. We love our new front porch and outdoor entertaining areas. I would recommend Classic Masonry without hesitation.

Mike was very patient in my decision-making..it took me quite a while to decide what I want and he stopped by many times to show me a sample of what I may be interested in. He spent a total of many hours with the several times he stopped to explain ideas with us. When I finally made a decision everything went smoothly they did great work, I am pleased with the outcome. He also offered to return if I would have any problem or issues which made me feel they stand behind their work which is important to me.

Mike is very professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He added smart details in his design for water drainage. He set me up with an appointment at the supply yard so I could see all the colors of the pavers and wall blocks in person. He communicated with me for the whole project from estimate to finished job. He did exactly what he said he was gonna do and finished on time. I couldn't be happier. Well worth every penny!

Mike called same day we searched on Home Advisor. Classic Masonry repaired high end slate walkways and steps. The result looks beautiful. Mike always communicated the job status and finished when promised. I would recommend Classic Masonry without any qualification. Classic Masonry did an excellent job at a very fair price.
