Classic Painting and Remodeling

They did not properly tape my trims or outlet covers. They painted over wall putty that was not even sanded down. When asked, the owner said he paints over it then sand it down and paint it again. I would come home to see spots that he missed and he would say it is done. My floors were not properly covered. I spent 6 hours in total on my hands and knees scrubbing my floors in the 2 rooms after I fired them. I called another company to come and it will cost me $2400 to fix the rooms they worked on, in addition to finishing the rest of the upstairs wall. The people he hired were not painters. They yelled were arguing and used lots of profanity while my teenage daughter was home. Very unprofessional and sketchy people. I paid them 2k in total and almost broke my back from scrubbing the floors. He had the audacity to say you have been busy when he came to pick up the stuff he left behind he next day. I said yes I spent 3 hours scrubbing my bedroom floor and have not started on the other room. I just wanted them out of my house. It was a complete nightmare! He also asked for money to save his horse that was dying on the 2nd day of work.
