"Hi Jana, we're glad you're happy with your new railing. We were surprised to see your review change from 5 stars on 6/23 after project completion to 1 star on 6/30. Regarding the final payment, we processed the remaining balance using the same credit card that was used for your initial deposit. You did not inform us that you wished to use a different payment method until after the payment had already been processed. As soon as you contacted us, we offered to reverse the charge and process payment on your preferred card, but you declined that option. We made a good-faith effort to resolve the issue, as we understand that misunderstandings can happen, and we always try to find fair solutions to make our customers happy. Regardless, we are glad you're pleased with the quality of your new railing."
