It was so nice to have Classic Services respond so quickly, and to have the repair man here within a couple of days. Kevin Hanks was so helpful, kind, understanding, and fun to visit with. He took the time to show me how to change the filter, operate by-pass valve, and manually regenerate the unit. I felt like he really cared, and I appreciated that so much!
