This company gives you quality work. From the planning and selection and installation, I had a very good experience. I had another company came and the person measured more than what it was suppose to use, just to charge more money. But Classic Stone Gallery, they measured perfect. I would Highly recommend them.

The counter top was cut short and was filled with calking. I did not except the job so I am waiting for a new top. Installers were very nice and understanding of situation. And apologized for the inconvenience

Hello, we are so sorry about this, the top was inspected here before it left and for some reason the installers felt it necessary to cut it down and it ended up too short. an honest mistake. Since this review was posted we have remade the vanity top and installed it to the customer liking and it was approved by Debra. Mistakes are inevitable but we would never stick our customers with our mistake. We hope you like the final product and apologize for the mishap.

This company provides quality work in a professional manner that was well worth the wait. Sergio provided suggestions to narrow down exactly what I thought I wanted and what I really needed. The installers were so professional and cleaned up completely after themselves. They also provided care tips and made the necessary holes for the counter top air button for the disposal and for the soap dispenser. They also had a very large selection of granite and when I realized that I just was not ready to do my bathroom, they immediately cancelled that order for me with no problem. This is who you want to deal with.

I think the problem was miscommunication. I do not know why he installed this counter top when it is not the one I wanted. There was no doubt in my mind anywhere along the way in what I wanted installed.

Hi Francine, I'm so sorry that you believe you got something different than what you ordered with us, however I can promise you with 100% certainty that we purchased the MSI Babylon grey - concrete finish as per your requests via our meetings and emails. With special order name brand quartz slabs like these MSI slabs we place an order with MSI and they send the slabs direct to us. Maybe you grabbed a different sample at the time of our meeting? but I do remember vividly this job because that particular type of quartz is very unique and we have only ordered it one other time.
