By far, the best cleaning service we have ever had. Our house was an entire mess. We needed a deep cleaning. Not only did they cover every detail. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and wonderful to work with. No need to look any further. I no longer have to look for a new house cleaner. They are wonderful. Look no further. I no longer have to clean my house after the cleaning service has finished their part.

Marcy did a fantastic job deep cleaning our home! Everything was spotless and they were in and out fast. I’ve hired another company before and got the same results with Classy Maids for 1/3 of the price. Highly recommend!

Marci Colvin (817-209-9812) was hired to do a one-time cleaning for my sister who had just been discharged from the hospital. The **cleaning** was SO poor, that I called her right away to voice my complaints. There were areas that were not vacuumed, not dusted, & she never washed a window. My sister said she spent a great amount of time in the master bedroom/ bath with the door closed & she could hear her talking on the phone. She didn't even pick up the rubber mat of the shower floor-I did. She then charged $35 more. When I spoke to her on Thursday, June 24th- we agreed I would receive a $50 refund- she said I would receive the check on Monday-6/28 ( it had been made out to her) it is now 7/3, and I have not received it. This entire experience has been very stressful for my sister, who, again has been hospitalized. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $168.00.

1390sqft, fresh paint, EMPTY, home, 2 bath, 12 windows, 12 kitchen cabinets. Asked to clean interior windows, clean blinds, wipe out cabinets, wipe out empty fridge, clean home. Carpets have already been steam cleaned. After 3.5 hours, little had been done! Asked to leave, but fully paid! The floors, bathrooms, cabinets, still dirty. Said blinds were dirty! She wiped straight down, not across each piece.! I TRUSTED HOME ADVISOR FROM ANGI LIST! Trusted reviews people had posted.Total opposite from what was experienced. HAD TO MOVE IN TO DIRTY HOME! Just want others to know.
