I hired them for several jobs. At the beginning they were ok. After a few jobs, I realized that their technical knowledge is not up to the standards that I expect. For example, I have a ceiling leak, I paid them $250 to identify it, their first technician told me that I needed sealing around an upstairs bath tube. I did exactly what they told me, it still leaks. The owner Jason came and replaced a small tube. He said it will take care of the leak but it is still leaking. So, Jason came the third time, finally finds this bath tube overflow and the hole is leaking. I paid more than $500 and it took them 3 trips to fix this tiny problem. Recently, I have a leak at a cross base and also, the pipe behind the living room wall may have leak too, so, I asked Jason to identify the leak, he said **it is the pipe in the living room leaking** and charged me $300 just to put a clamp on it (just temperature fix). Next day, my cross base still leaks, Jason refuses to come back and fix it. I talked to several plumbers, they all said $300 to just put a clamp on is overcharging. Their technical knowledge is not up to their price, their service is far below their price. I will not recommend them to anybody!
