This is probably the first review I've ever written. I am compelled to write this one to commend Steve for an excellent job. He displayed wonderful customer service, he was reliable and extremely professional. In all frankness, the mold inspector I had was somewhat difficult and overly demanding in his report as to how the remediation needed to be performed. Steve did not agree with some of the recommendations (same for another re mediator I did not use). He spoke to the inspector a few times over the telephone and although he was in disagreement with two of the inspector's recommendations, Steve maintained a professional and calm demeanor and assured me and the inspector that he stands behind his work. I received the inspector's post-test report yesterday and no longer have mold. Steve and his team were prompt, polite and left my place spotless. This is the company to use for mold remediation.

Clean Air Care completed a mold remediation project in our basement including removal of contaminated insulation from the basement ceiling, treatment of all surfaces and sealing with antimicrobial sealer. Steve and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. Each day during the work (only 3 days from start to finish) they put down paper in the upstairs area to ensure no tracking of contaminants to the living space and kept a clean workspace. They completed the job on-time and gave us our basement back. They also installed a Sani-Dri dehumidifier which works great to control humidity in the basement. We could not be happier with the quality of work and the price. I had several estimates from many different mold remediation companies and Steve and Clean Air Care were the best quality and value. I highly recommend them for mold remediation work.

As a widow with a child, I purchased this run down Ranch through an estate on 12/21/15, only to find out within the first two weeks that my PSEG bill was $200/week with the heat never getting over 60 degrees despite running incessantly. Located in a flood zone, inspections showed that the sump pump was not working, the infested, muddy and frozen crawl space had no insulation and was black with mold, and that while the house had a newer roof, all ventilation had been covered and the attic also had no insulation and black mold throughout. Coming in through the floors with no ventilation in the attic, the humidity in the house was extremely unhealthy, and with zero insulation the chimney or stack effect was ruining me. Out of 3 quotes, Steve was the best, but he also offered to help me immediately AND to address ALL issues. This was no small feat as we met at the end of the week with the biggest blizzard looming. Steve not only worked for 3 consecutive days but he brought in 2 crews, then renewed these crews through the day because they needed relief from the most grueling work conditions. He did it all through the blizzard, getting to work when most employers were shut down, and plowing through my property to get access. Removing all past debris and pests from a 3ft high crawl space in freezing mud, or getting all workers, chemicals and machines through a 3x2 opening in a bedroom closet as the only access to the attic was no deterrent or excess charge. Steve's work ethics are PHENOMENAL, and he remained professional and courteous throughout, with the best advice and zero patronizing. I am so grateful for all he did for me.
