Wanted a home evaluation for possible mold. The evaluation was pricey but the report was very detailed and informative. Jim, the Mold Assessor, was very thorough, answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I would recommend Clean Air Management, Inc.

Jim was not only on time, but a little early and he took his time to explain the tests, findings and even went above and beyond in providing additional observations regarding humidity levels in home, and how to mitigate without the need for hiring an expensive company to handle. Its beeen 2 weeks and no written report as promised. Thus, no results of the extra tests that I paid an additional fee for. While at my house they seemed knowledgeable, but there was no follow through on promised reports aand test results.

I hired this company. They performed the test I requested and they have refused to send over the test report that i paid this. All of the remediation companies that I want to hire need to see the report to provide a quote. I want a refund.

jim was on time and very thorough with the testing. Very knowledgeable and pinpointed the suspected problem before the test results were in. He listed the recommendations clearly and all is going smoothly at this point. The test results took a little longer than expected but covered everything. I would recommend him.
