"Gary initially said he was home and flexible.he was scheduled for the 2nd app of the day and the crew was running over from the first job I called and explained to Gary they would be late, and if he wanted we could reschedule, he did. The morning of the 2nd app we had an accident while moving the work trailer on the way to his house. I did not want him to wait again, and I sent him a message to schedule with someone else saying that I was sorry for any inconvenience. It was a very unusual situation that rarely happens. We try very hard to make customers happy, but people like Gary cannot be satisfied no matter what you do."
