Clean and Fresh showed up on time and did a very good job cleaning my home. I will continue use this company in the future. The cleaning team of 3 were polite and very professional. When finished they will do a walk through with you to make sure you are happy with the work they did and will correct anything right away. Many thank to Stef and her team for a job well done.

They cleaned great but they were four hours late or more every time they tried to come. I paid them a lot of $ and they never finished the job.

"Betzy, you contacted ServiceMagic on a Friday and needed your home cleaned on a Saturday and we made your residence fit in to our schedule. We were busy on Saturday and Sunday be we did not wanted to satisfy every need for you and your family. It took one person 3 hours to finish one room in your home and we came back on Sunday (which we never do) but we could not satisfy an exact time. We completed all of your home except for 2 rooms which included picking up before we could clean, scrubbed concrete walls, baseboards, walls, fans, recepticles, doors, not including general cleaning. And, you only paid $200.00 We were ready to complete"

Disaster. Horrible experience. Like spraying water on the carpet - no shampoo - could have cleaned it better myself.

I was happy with the job they did. I did have some stains that they said wouldn't come out, and was glad they told me. Very friendly, and really worked hard to get all the stains out. They were here for about 2 hrs. I will use them again.

Pleasant - they were on time - worked hard - they did miss several things initially but went back to get them done - I have found a few cob webs since. Noticed that they dusted around accessories on furniture instead of moving the pieces
