He could no figure out the problem ,, tech had no clue about my product he was working on., after he left,, i fixed it myself,, he said a switch was bad, and would not turn, the switch was a toggle switch (on/off/on), no a turn switch,, how stupid..$40 for work and$40 for travel,, and could not diagnose the problem
