When we spoke of timing (based on your 4 bathrooms and kitchen size) we discussed a time of 2-3 hours for a quality deep clean. The girls reported you were pleased with their work on the final walk through and their final time of 2.5 hours. "Daisy, we are very sorry you were not satisfied with the cleaning our team provided. We have tried to reach you several times to offer a free follow up cleaning but have been unsuccessful. Should you decide to take this offer you would only need to give us a few days notice so your preferred day and time can be accommodated. It has also been noted that you prefer your cleanings with bleach or it does not seem clean. We provide only non-bleach cleaning products but would be happy to use yours if you leave them out. Thank you again for choosing us for your deep clean. We appreciate you."

Bad experience. Poor results!

"Our team evaluated your home and recommended the time frame of 3.5 hours to remove the heavy tar like red substance in your bathrooms and kitchen. When there is substantial scrubbing required the time frame must increase. This was advised to you however you only wanted the team to clean for 2 hours and said the landlord was gutting everything. It was recommended again that in order to do the job well more time would be required. Photos were taken prior to cleaning and submitted to our office to show the conditions of the home. Unfortunately, we can only do what our clients allow and in this case we were deeply saddened to not be afforded the recommended time required for the cleaning."

outstanding service, quality of their work was far beyond what you might expect from a cleaning service and far superior to any others we have used - nothing was left untouched. Joy and Amanda do excellent work - they will clean how you want things done and then surprise you w/ the extra that they do. The owner and ladies that did the work were very accommodating and flexible. We were getting ready for the final walk through on the sale of the house. When they were done the house looked awesome! This company changed my life! Nicole is the sweetest and most professional! Shes works really hard and is quick without rushing you. Her organizing and cleaning skills are excellent. She helps you decorate and is very creative. She helps you organize and clean your home with patience, care and understanding and doesnt quit until she has fulfilled your vision. She even hauls away your junk and garbage! She goes above and beyond to make you happy. She is very flexible with scheduling. Its worth every penny to have her come and help you refresh your home when you dont want to do it yourself, dont have the time or are ill. I would highly recommend her!

Clean by Design did a great job cleaning my house prior to my son's birthday party. They got the fridge spotless, washed all the baseboards, cleaned all the light fixtures, and generally left the house spotless.
