The initial inspection was very thorough and the estimate was explained in detail. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. The work started when scheduled. All workers were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Work was completed in a timely manner at the agreed cost. I am very satisfied with the completed project and can highly recommend Clean Crawls to anybody in need of attic insulation upgrades

Clean Crawl hiredPrice Jones LLC to do the work. Both companies were ok, did the work in a timely fashion and handled themselves professionally. However, Price Jones LLC said we were eligible for an energy rebate and they would send the forms. We have not received the forms even though I sent him and email reminder. Clean Crawl said they were not sure we were eligible but would check and call me back. Still no call back. They both were ok on the front end of the project but blew it in the end.

It would be helpful if the workman in charge of the crew had good language communication abilities. It was difficult to understand answers to my questions and concerns because of poor language skills. They did a great job and cleanup after the job was done.

The crew that came out to vacuum the installation out of the ceiling did a good job but didn't clean up after them selves very well. Had to sweep up in the house after they left and clean up outside where the truck was. Other than that, they did an excellent job of vacuuming up the installation in the attic.

My project was to blow in insulation in a finished but un-insulated garage. I am a very picky person and I am very pleased with the results. Sales visited the day I called & job was scheduled for the next day. Workers arrived on time & worked non-stop (7-8 hrs!) Good attention to detail was observed. Clean-up was in fact cleaner than when they started! Cost was slightly below competitors and there were no surprises.

Showed up right on time, started the project immediately and upon completion cleaned up everything. Completely satisfied. This time they installed insulation in the attic while before I used them to remove and install new insulation in the crawl space.

I was very impressed with the length of time that the Clean Crawls representative spent, inspecting my house; attic & crawl space. He must have been there for 2 1/2 hours. They handled all of my rebates through PSE and was extremely knowledgeable about what I qualified for. I've recommended them to colleagues and they have been very pleased with them as well.

Jared came out to gave me a bid. He was professional and clean (taking off his shoes at my door after inspecting crawl space). The bid was reasonable I thought especially after seeing the final product. WOW! The crew that came out were also very tidy sweeping up any insulation they may have tracked out from my crawl space. They were a little late but did give me a call a head of time to let me know which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for future tasks.
