My experience with Clean Crawls was awesome. I worked with Patrick from the Marysville office. After Inspecting the crawl space he gave me pictures of the entire area. He worked up a bid and explained every step of the process. I appreciated that he gave me plenty of time to review the bid and warranty paperwork. No pressure what so ever! He said â just call the office if you have more questions, take your time.â The day of the project the crew arrived right on time, got to work and completed the job. I told the sales person I wanted ALL the duct work and insulation removed from under the house. We were going to replace it. The sales person went to his car and wrote up the proposal and I signed it. I did not find out until the furnace person came to install the new ducting that they had not removed all the old ducting. When I called to have them come and finish what I paid them for, the salesman said they did exactly what the contract I signed said. What the salesman did was write up that they would only remove the flexible ducting instead of all of it which is what i told him I wanted. They left all the metal straight pipe ducking and did not remove any of it. That to me is deceiving the customer is the worst way. Do not trust their sales people. All they want is your signature for the sale. This was the Marysville office sales person Patrick S.

Clean Crawls did some amazing work on my home re-insulating my ancient attic insulation. Crew was efficient, thorough, and did a fantastic job. A couple minor issues happened during the install (disconnected lighting, broken light fixture) but Clean Crawls made it right and took care of us. Would definitely have them back to do work again.

I thought the workmen were very professional and cooperative. The company estimate was higher than others but they were more thorough. They included a partner program with Cascade Pest Control to make sure that the mice would not return.

Other than a slight delay in the scheduling of the reinstall of the insulation everything has been positive. We appreciate the attention to detail and the diligence in helping us deal with the issues that presented on this project. We will now be more comfortable in our new home with a significant difference in our heating bills. We also appreciate their alliance with Cascade Pest Control. This has been a good experience overall with long term provider relationships established. We highly recommend.
