Seemed pricey with the amount of work that was done.

Real nice people

No detailed expenses for service, parts or labor.

There was not much communications between David Carney and the installers. The installers had to come back second time to complete the job and the quality agreed. David Carney has a superior salesmanship. However, after the deposit was made, I was not able to reach David for questions. He did't answer your voice mails and email or going through his office. c

They left the work area very neat and clean

It ended up all that had to be done was plug in the existing sump pump in the new house we bought, but the service person was very nice and professional, and we weren't charge for the visit. They could have told us it wasn't working and we needed a whole new system, if they were dishonest. I can't speak to their actual installation, since we were lucky enough to not need it, but if we did need a new system I would certainly have them back.

I was not here the day they did the work. I was told they would call me once they got in to do the work. I did not hear from them. They put in 2 new pumps and the sump pump went out at a friends, so they tried the one that had been taken out from my house and it worked.

Very through inspection before estimate, accepted our wishes on work not to be performed, and fair price,

They were very professional in presentation and execution of the project.
