Clean Cut Construction

After only a few months, I have cracked tile, cracks in the grout, and creaking shower pans. I have given Dan every opportunity to help correct this but he refuses to return my calls. Dan's finished work looks good, but the quality of the construction is poor. He cuts corners to improve his bottom line and he purchases the cheapest materials. Example, he used MDF baseboards in the bathroom. My suggestion is to make sure everything is in writing even if you have to write the scope of work yourself.

The owner shows up on time, and his work is perfection. They clean everything and offered good ideas concerning my bathroom.

Dan created a beautiful Deck which has completely enhanced the look of our home. The product used was by AZEK and in the Brownstone color. The deck was trimmed with a white railing ststem, custom bench and a low voltage lighting system. Absolutely Outstanding ! The Project was completed on time and within budget and I would highly recommend Clean Cut Construction for your carpentry needs. Dan was also on site every morning at 7:30am to begin working. I would also like to state that the construction area in my back yard was kept neat as could be. I have hired all ready hired Clean Cut Construction for my next project !
