We had seen Chris work in the neighborhood and were very impressed. We contacted his company for an estimate on repairing our extremely old roof with original Yankee gutters, and he quickly gave us one. The team started the project almost immediately. His team showed up every day bright and early and worked late into the evening to complete the project as soon as possible. They were very friendly, professional, and had excellent craftsmanship. When the project was complete, the team cleaned up everything. We were left with a beautiful new roof that we absolutely love. Chris is a miracle worker! We 100% recommend Chris and his team, and will be contacting him in the future for other home projects.

If someone asked me to write a review about a contractor before meeting Chris and the CCRS team, I would not be close to as positive as my next comments. Chris, came to my house for the meeting to discuss scop by the time he left I felt I had made a friend for life. We worked through the project ensuring we got the best materials and bang for the dollar. If the house gave us a surprise somewhere, Chris would send pics ask to talk through how this might be impact the work and more importantly found ways to resolve without fear it would be a break the bank solution. By the time the crew left, I felt they had become family. The project went fast and smooth because they all are dedicated to their craft. Highly recommend to everyone to consider these guys for their next home project..

I thank my lucky stars that we were fortunate enough to pick this amazing company! Chris and his brother Anthony are a remarkable combination. They have transformed my home into a livable work of art. What began as a simple porch replacement has grown into a sunroom addition, 2 porches, a new roof, siding and some replacement windows. Specialized teams each descended with skill and speed to complete the renovations on my 1865 Victorian mansion quickly and cleanly without breaking the bank. These guys do high quality work. It's a small crew, not a big company, and they provide a great value for such a great final product. Something that really stood out was attention to details that I as a homeowner would not have thought of, and putting in the extra effort to make sure the finished product looks great. If I can give CCRS 10 Stars, I would. In the world of today where honest, hardworking, dependable, and professional contractors are so hard to find, I was so blessed to have found Chris and CCRS. They truly are a family owned and operated business. Every worker is literally a family member. Chris, the owner and foreman, his brother Anthony, and his stepson and brother in law are the core of their crew. Daisy, the office manager is the wife of Chris. She is very responsive and will always keep you informed on the progress of the project. I have dealt with other contractors in the past for various projects like replacing my roof, garage door, HVAC, and Water Heater and I can honestly say that CCRS IS THE MOST HONEST CONTRACTOR I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Period! I had to widen my driveway (asphalt but the drop-down category did not have that as a choice for some reason), Install a dry drain, fix the pavers on my front step, and repair a cracked concrete sidewalk. Before I hired CCRS, I asked for quotes from 7 different contractors. I made the decision to hire them because Chris was on time with our appointment, he was upfront with everything from the beginning. He gave me a complete estimate itemizing each work needed with cost, a contract with time frames, and a copy of their insurance. Out of 7, I met with, CCRS was the only one to do this. Some even told me I did not need a permit and some suggested that I do need a permit, but the town will never find out unless you have a nosy neighbor. CCRS did everything by the book with no surprise overrun costs. Chris and his crew are polite, efficient, very professional, and their work is excellent. Chris is very detail oriented and will make sure you are taken care of. Of course, all businesses are there to make money. But Chris and CCRS gave me the impression that profit is secondary to them with doing a great job and customer satisfaction is their first priority. What Chris and CCRS can offer you that other contractors cannot is peace of mind that your project will be completed professionally by a very caring and dependable crew. A robbery had taken place at our home and we needed someone to come in quickly to replace the doors which robbers had destroyed. By chance, we selected Chris and his team at Clean Cut Renovation Solutions LLC. Chris understood our situation both in our need for quick repairs and solid reconstruction and agreed to replace our doors the next day. We were so taken on how proficiently and professionally Chris, his brother Anthony and the rest of his crew came in and completed the door replacement we talked to Chris about several other repairs that I had planned to do on my own when I could around get to them. He gave me a fair price and reasonable dates for completion and I agreed to give CCR the work. I hate giving outside contractors work on my home because they don't treat it the way I would treat the repairs. Many contractors use substandard materials and cut corners on the workmanship. You don't get that with CCR. They have pride in their work they have a professional attitude and they treated the repairs on my home the way I would. The completion of each and every job they have done looks tremendous. All the jobs I've given them are multi-day jobs yet they clean up after finishing work each day so that you would not even know that I was in the middle of having work done. They have just finished their 3rd project here and we are asking them to bid on another one. I can recommend them without reservation of any kind. They are smart, professional, proficient in what they do and invisible when they are working. I have never run into a group of contractors like this and probably never will again.

Chris was very responsible and did everything he committed to. The work was done on time and in budget. He also encountered some unexpected problems but dealt with these and did not charge extra despite the extra work.
