Guy Stilwell was my advisor. He walked us through the step by step process for replacing our roof due to wind damage. He was professional, didn’t make any promises he didn’t keep and was fairly priced. He met the adjuster and got the claim approved on the first go-round. Even my insurance agent was impressed! He also did a small gutter job for me and installed attic vents. Great work, great company!!

Initially, this company lost my work order, but they quickly resolved the matter and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. They were thorough and professional, and the completed work was neat, trimmed, and top notch. I would not hesitate to hire them again when needed.

10 minutes after I hit the send button to set up an appointment, Jim from Clean Cut Roofing called me and we made an appointment for the same day. Clean Cut and Jim delivered on every point they promised me. The wind damage to my roof, the insurance claim, and the replacement of my roof by Clean Cut all occurred during the holiday season of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year...and still Clean Cut Roofing delivered a brand new roof. The crew was very professional, (and they WERE clean cut guys), very polite, never made a mess in my yard, were mindful of our needs to get in and out of our driveway and garage (with holiday visitors and guests coming and going) and the quality and swiftness of their work was fantastic. The same day the job was complete, Clean Cut provided all the documents I needed for my insurance company. I highly recommend Clean Cut Roofing to anyone. BTW, I am a licensed commercial and residential building contractor with 38 years experience in all phases of construction...believe me, these guys are pros...these guys are the ones you want to roof your house.

Clean polite and fair

I was very pleased with the salesman who came . He quoted a price and stuck with it though we changed some of the work order. The crew knew exactly what we wanted and completed the work in one day. They cleaned the area around the house of all debris. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing.

Sales person was very knowledgeable about roofing and offered several options along with the price that best fitted my need. Workers who preformed the job was very friendly and did a very professional job. They left no debri at job site, not even a nail. I would highly recommend this company.

This pro identified the problem and fixed it. I did not need a new roof, just some caulk to seal flashings. Why didn't the contractor the insurance company sent do the same thing?

My wife and I were very impress with the professionalism of Mr. Rossouw. Working with Clean Cut Roofing was one of the few positive inexperience dealing with service contractors since returning to East Texas. Finding the roof leak was a difficult job, but his team stayed with the task until I was totally satisfied, with the repair.

The owner of Clean Cut Roofing, Dos, came out to our home to look at the site and estimate what needed to be done. He said he would first have his workers take a conservative approach. If that did not fix the problem (roof leakiing) then he would do a comprehensive fix. He was very professional and gave us a written estimate for the work. When we contracted for it, he said we did not have to pay until the weather proved the problem had been solved, even if we had to wait for two to six weeks for a good storm to test it. His workers are polite and professional. They clean up every scrap of work material before they leave.
