Janelle did a good job. The person at Home Advisor who took my order over the phone did not provide the correct details for the house. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The order said 2 beds and 1 bath. So, not happy with Home Advisor

We are extremely happy with our experience with Clean Freak. We had a tight schedule to work with and Ciara and her team really came through for us! Our house had been rented out for several years and it was so dusty that I cried when I saw it. After meeting with Ciara, I knew it was going to be okay. And it was! The team had such positive energy, they were hardworking, and they took care of things I had not even thought of! We definitely plan to work with them again in the future! (We have hired other cleaning services in the past, so the fact that we think so highly of Clean Freak really says a lot!)

I very satisfied with Cici and her staff. I originally scheduled with someone else from home advisor and they never showed up. I call Clean Freaks the same day, arrived the next day to give me an estimate and came the following day to clean. I will be using them on a regular basis!!!! So nice to have one less thing to worry about. :)

The cleaners were very prompt and did a good job. There were a couple of missed spots but overall a good experience.

After a week I went into to touch up and I found Cobb Webb s in places I shouldn t have..and places that were overlooked. I was upset because that was a major part of the reason I hired them and that was what we had specifically agreed on what I needed initially. They started off in the basement where I needed cleaning and as they go to the second room it seems as if they were in a hurry or just stopped caring as much as when they started..
