Wes was very professional and thorough in his examination of my ducts. He told me what he recommended based on his analysis and did not charge me more for what he thought was necessary. I will be contacting Wes again in the future for any other cleaning needs I may have.

Wes inspected our system and recommend we not spend the money at this time since we are going to replace the system in the spring. He is extremely customer oriented and puts the customer's needs first. Highly recommend his services.

Wes had the equipment and expertise for cleaning my carpets without water damage to the wood floor beneath. He took the time to explain the procedures and controls on the equipment to my complete understanding. There were three dogs that he was able to move to different rooms since I was handicapped and it was too cold to leave them outside. Regarding performance, he called before coming, arrived on time, and was able to remove a large stain. The price was very affordable.

Wes was GREAT!! I called him to do basic annual HVAC maintenance before winter. He showed up on time, inspected my vents, AC unit, and furnace. He determined that my vents were clean so he didn't charge me! He was truthful and honest! He showed me how to do basic maintenance on my AC unit and charged me a small fee for cleaning my dryer vent. He was very personable, friendly, punctual, and honest! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends!

Clean Freaks came out on short notice (next day) amidst a busy schedule; they were able to work me in. They use a dry extraction method to remove tons of dirt out of the carpet prior to steam cleaning (as carpet manufacturers recommend), unlike most other companies out there. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about his industry and was very clear, courteous, and conscientious. Work was completed within the time estimated; technician arrived right on schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

Wes is one of, if not THE most professional service-business owner that I have ever worked with. He gave me a mini lesson in carpets and after spending 5 Minutes talking to him on the phone, I knew I would be pleased with the service. And I was! I had issues with dog urine on the carpets. Also, he was very gracious in dealing with my poor home management on the day of service.

Wes did a great job...found stuff in my vents that was there BEFORE a different company had cleaned my ducts a couple years ago...Obviously that company did not do a very good job. Wes did a great job, and I even had him clean my carpets while he was there.

Wes called immediately. We set up an appointment, He gave me an estimate for the work. He arrived promptly, assessed the work and called me with an estimate. He called before he left to let me know the job was complete and what he found. I would recommended Clean Freaks.

Truly a professional and a craftsman of his trade. This is how a carpet should be cleaned. Clean Freaks takes the proper steps with high end equipment to dry remove all the dirt through the carpet. Their machine pulls all the allergens and dirt from under and through the carpet before they clean. Wes had a thorough knowledge of what approach to take to remove any type of stain. His prices were very affordable. I will never get a do it yourself machine again.

Clean Freaks were on time, answered our questions and did high quality work on our carpets in our home. They explained the process to us, what would be done, how it would be done, and walked us through every step of the process, answering our questions along the way.
