The owner/representative was very professional and eager to get the job done and done right. He tested and sent the tests to a lab, then supplied us with results. The workers who came to do the job were prompt and worked until they were finished. We were satisfied that the job was completed. Pictures of before and after were provided because the mold was in an area that we are not able to personally assess.

I had them remediate my attic and crawl space. Both were done well, though the crawl space was especially difficult. Melvin is one of those rare conscientious who delivers on his word. I'd gladly do business again with him again.

It seems my parents are quite disappointed. The ceiling was removed from the garage. There was mold left on the walls and the freezer. They are under the impression that a) the mold was not seriously toxic and b) the debris was taken to the dump. Their purpose in hiring the company was to remove safely mold that they feared was toxic. I don't know what happened in the communication, but they ended up feeling that family members could have easily removed the ceiling, wiped things down with vinegar (recommended by the company) and disposed of the debris at the dump at a much lower cost. And that mold was still left.

I wish I could attach before and after pictures so you could see our results with Melvin and his team. Our job was so huge not only did I fear not being able to resolve it or even just make a difference but I feared it not being affordable. It was worth every penny as I did not know how negatively the mold impacted my daily life. They followed strict guidelines for effective mold remediation. They killed, removed and remediated the mold and tested the air for mold. We worked with Clean Green Restoration to have a small amount of mold cleaned in our attic. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We really felt like out of all the mold remediation specialists we spoke with they were the best.
