One Time Interior House Cleaning

Timmy Pate is a really horrible business owner, con artist I should say. Better business needs to investigate. She told me to go F myself over the phone, Left my house smelling like cigarettes. She appears unprofessional so I should have known upon first meeting. She also didnâ t come with the supplies she needed and asked to use my vacuum. Odd. Maybe she is dealing with issues but she looked really unkempt and her appearance alone made me uneasy and she kept talking randomly about how much she hates Trump and all men, it was so bizarre as I wasnâ t asking, So WEIRD... I would not allow or trust this person in my home again, and she claimed to be the owner. Yikes. Run!

The cleaner rescheduled a job originally scheduled for Friday, August 5th to Monday, August 8th. However, she was a no-show on Monday, despite confirming on Friday that she would complete the job. I contacted her again on Monday, both before and after, the appointment time. I had no indication that she would not show nor was I given a reason for the no-show. I am requesting a full refund of the money that was paid for the service through the Angi website.
