Was here on time and was very informative about what caused the problem and how to prevent it from reoccurring.

They responded very quickly and they were very courteous and professional. They completed the job and notified me immediately. These guys did a great job.

He showed me what was removed and showed and explained additional areas to consider cleaning.

I was in a hurry to get this done and was happily surprised that this company had so many available times, yet had a good reputation. Now I know why all those times were available!!. I thought I had educated myself with competitive pricing, but I clearly should not have gone off home advisors site alone. After speaking with friends and family about the cost of the same service they recently received, I paid nearly 4 times as much. I really do feel as though I was taken advantage of and have learned a valuable lesson. Upon completion of the work, I was blown away when the technician actually recommended I tip him! Flat out said " tips are appreciated" to me. I had just written a check for well over $400 on a job that took less than 1 hr.. and was a job I could easily perform with the right cleaner and a shop vac. Those I talked to had technicians from the companies they hired arrive in specialized trucks with powerful vacuums specially designed to clean ducts properly. I will not consider this company in the future nor will I recommend them to my friends and family. Home advisors should be looking into this company and making sure that not only that their prices are fair, but that the equipment and tevhniques used are industry standard before listing them as a recommended provider! I not only question the service provider, but home advisor as well!!
