Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
I want to recognize the hard work that went into getting our pool back into shape. The pool drain and clean made a huge difference, and Melvin, Jr and Chris worked hard to get the pool sparkling again.
The crew also worked hard to address issues that came up along the way. Dayton in particular was always respectful, very communicative, and willing to come back out to help troubleshoot and resolve concerns, along with Matt and Nathan.
We appreciate the effort that went into getting everything taken care of and getting the pool looking great again.

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
Liner was placed and the same day it came off. We contacted (NAME REMOVED) to come and fix the issue he came out and told me that we needed corners to place the liner back in place I ordered the corners and he came back April 14th and said they don t fit and told me he will order the correct parts and would come and install it. Then we have not heard anything. Then my husband inquired status of the completion of the pool liner. He then said he wants to be compensated for another 4 team. We don t think that is our fault that the first time everything did not go as planned. We should not be the one that need to pay again. The job was not done.

"Again we had fulfilled our commitment of installing a liner. The customer refused for any development on the ground to level. The liner didnt wanna purchase any parts to fulfillment of the liner so we hung the liner, knowing we didnt have the proper tools to fulfill that stability of the liner, but the customer did not care, but just wanted his liner installed. Unfortunately, not having the proper tools corner pieces, the liner cord to make sure the letter is held in place. He didnt want to provide eventually I received $120 to get parts to fit that to complete the job, but I have not yet to receive the final piece of the cord to come back out there but he paid for the first install of the liner and refuse the parts so how is it fair for us to go ahead and pay for the liner? Weve cut it up to fit the pool paid the labor to do so we knew it was gonna fail and we told him, but just to pay an additional fee to reinstall the liner with all the proper parts we spent nearly 8 hours out there to install the first liner unfortunately I broke a bone in my back and have not been able to get back out there for myself to try to make it right but yet get threatening phone calls from this guy or the husband just to pay labor to reinstall the liner and I was offering him a small price"

Absolutely the best. Brian and team very knowledgeable. We have a 30x30 above ground pool we needed built. Leveling the ground was I thought tough. They brought in an escovator and heavy machinery. We ended up sinking the pool 3 feet into the ground. Not only the build and clean pools. They built my husband and I a very beautiful deck around the pool. It?s been a week and we are so very grateful of how reassuring and budget friendly clean image is. This isn?t our first pool build but other companies we?ve used has anything comparable to Brian and his team. I highly recommend this company

These guys were great. They work well together, took the time and did it right. The first time laying down the sand making sure it was thick enough and compacted

Swimming Pool Above Ground Service
They tried to call this a finished job and absolutely nothing was level. The pool had a slant to it. When I asked to see everything on a long level Bryan told me he used water bottles to level the project. Absolutely unacceptable and I let them go from the project. The whole sand is shifting our of the base and this would cave in no time. Bryan stated he had over 25 yrs experience in this but had someone else here directing the project and it still failed. He does not have his own tools or equipment either and they had to use a lot of my tools for the project.

"First off this lady hired us for only labor. We brought in a lot of tools and ended up renting equipment. We agreed on the price we had did everything she had asked us to do. She failed to bring in enough sand to fulfill a 20 x 40 we did what we had to work with. She did not have all materials to properly complete what she demanded. Then pavers to rest legs of pool on. We leveled for the actual pool to lay level. Very disgusted how you put in 40hrs of a crew of 4 and get shafted. Lawsuits inplay"

This company was very professional when it came to customer service. He was patient and helped my grandfather whom has dementia and is the one that hired them. They got the job done well, in a timely manner, while going the extra step and helping elsewhere.
