Very responsive when I contacted them. Tiffany came out for the quote exacty when promised; provided the quote within hours and scheduled the service very quickly.

The residential cleaning service was prompt and well done, therefore I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the home. The service performed was the 'Deep Clean' of an empty home before move in. No basement, no garage and no bonus room above the garage included. Approx 2, 100sqft in total. Unfortunately, this is where the compmiments end. While service was being performed in one of the bathrooms, the glass shower door came off the track and fell. Afterward we received a call that luckily no one was hurt and the door did not break but would be placed inside the shower. When stopping by to review the work I noticed that there was now a cracked ceramic floor tile where the door had fallen out of the shower. This was never mentioned in the call. After reviewing their contract on reporting damage, we called within the 24hr requirement to let them know there was a broken tile. They responded by telling us that the door was already broken and we were just lucky the employee wasn't hurt. While I completely understand that accidents happen and I am grateful that no one was hurt, prior to this during the home inspections and countless visits before the cleaning, the door had never fallen out of place. Their response was far less than adequate after following their guidelines in reporting damage. Nothing was offered in any form for the damage caused and ultimately we were hung up on. Similarly to another review, they simply passed the responsibility off onto the homeowner. Lastly, like other reviews, our credit card was charged a much higher amount than quoted, without any communication about what this amount would be. In our case it was $281 more than the originally quoted price. When we called to report the damage and question the much higher than anticipated amount, we were simply told the property took more time than expected. We received good cleaning service with a sub-par customer service experience.

Amazing! Available to do the work quickly and cleaned our elderly father's house from top to bottom. His house has never been so clean! We will only use them moving forward.

They do an extremely efficient job. For larger homes the value might be better.

I had a one time cleaning and carpet steam cleaning to put my house on the market. Darcie came into my home to give me a quote and returned that quote in writing the same day. Unfortunately, the time estimate was 2 hrs shy of the actual time spent which ended up making the cost $70 more than expected. It did state that the quote was an estimate and I was willing to pay for the extra time, however there was no communication of the change in cost from estimate to actual. My card was charged the full amount without notification. The job done was excellent and was hoping to continue services every other week, but I have decided to look elsewhere because of the lack of communication. Service done right, poor customer service.

Have only had them once at our weekend house so can't go into more detail.

They do a great job. The cost is a little high for the size house being cleaned but worth it to be able to trust people coming in.
