Disappointing communication and wasted my time. I had to terminate my relationship with this business due to a complete lack of clear communication. I asked multiple times for straightforward instructions on how to send payment via Zelle. After getting the runaround and spending 12 hours coordinating with my bank to fix what I thought was an error on my end, I found out the landscaper simply failed to provide the required payment details. Clear communication is essential for running a successful business. I value my time too much to deal with this level of administrative frustration, so I am taking my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend their services.
