"I have been cleaning carpets for 30 years, I can honestly say your carpets may have been the dirtiest carpets I have ever cleaned! They were filthy disgusting! They need to be replaced because they are way beyond cleaning! I have great reviews from my customers because I do great work and have great equipment! Your expectations were far to ridiculous!"
