Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
The men arrived on time and were extremely nice. They vacuumed my carpet then cleaned the carpet and then vacuumed the second time. All the stains and spots were gone and it looked fresh and new again. I could walk on it within the hour. The house is 3000 sq feet so it is a lot of carpet. They finished in good time and left all the furniture in place. I mentioned that my dryer vent needed cleaned and they offered to do that even though I had not scheduled it. It was all done for a very reasonable price. I am a happy customer and highly recommend them.

I was pleased with the way the carpet looked when he finished and happy that he went to extra measures to get the carpet nearly dry. They gave us a very good price for the 3 rooms we had cleaned. They do not move any furniture and he told me that up front so we moved almost all the furniture out of the living room because I wanted it rearranged after the carpet was cleaned. Would have preferred to pay more to have them move some of the furniture. I would definitely use them again. Very prompt, courteous and friendly.

The project went very fast without giving up quality. My carpet was a little more wet than I wanted, but it was dry much sooner than I realized it would be. Nick was very personable and did a great job. I plan to use Clean n Dry in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

Very prompt and responsive. Carpet and upholstery areas seemed stiff after cleaning. I had to clean areas around air ducts after service. They did not thoroughly clean up after themselves and there was no follow-up after service to check for issues or satisfaction with work done.

We sent a follow up e-mail through Home adviser the day after we left your home to check on You.That was 6 weeks ago on Feb.28.I also left You my business card, and told You to call with any issues whatsoever ,our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed ."

After the cleanup was completed, the servicve man cleaned up everything well but had to be called back out to redo the job. Chunks of dust and debris was coming out of the vents and dropping onto the floor, on the bed, and into our freshly cooked breakfast on the stove when the ac/heater came on. Things seem better after the second visit.

"This was definitely a challenge...This was an older home with metal duct work. The debris blowing out was rust. As soon as we were notified of a problem, we returned at no additional charge and completely cleaned the HVAC System again.This was a first, 99.99% of the time we don't have to return a second time, however, we always make sure our clients are happy with our service.And we 100% guarantee our work."
