I was replacing a dilapidated backyard shed with a new one. The old shed had decades worth of large and small garden equipment that hadn't been used in years and weren't serviceable at that point. Over time, the shed had also been a depository for anything I didn't want to deal with in the house. I called Clean Out Solutions and didn't have to wait for Darius to give an estimate because he came within minutes. When he arrived, he gave us a price which we accepted. He came on time the next day to do the clean out and worked with an assistant to completely empty the shed in an efficient manner. They both worked hard. Until I saw how much of the junk was removed, I didn't realize just how much was in there. When the shed was finally emptied, they even swept it out. On reflection, the price I paid was a bargain. I have already recommended Clean Out Solutions to my neighbors.

As others have written, Darius was quite professional and I would recommend him to others. We are decluttering and preparing to sell our home. This was truly a learning experience for me. I am sharing some lessons learned. I should have asked for a written estimate (everything was communicated verbally). . Darius did come to our home to look over our junk. He gave me a verbal estimate (200 to 300 dollars--Lessons Learned # 1). It wasn't until the day of the cleanout that I was told that the cost for dumping would be included in my charge. I was somewhat shocked to be asked on the day of the removal if my township had a place where the articles could be dumped. I did not know that on the spot and should have found that out--it wasn't stated up front. As it turns out my township does have a facility which could have been used for what I believe a lot cheaper rate than he presumably paid (Lesson Learned #2). He said that he would show me a receipt from the location he used, I never saw it (and never asked to see it--Lesson Learned #3) As it turns out, we had so much stuff/ junk, they had to make two trips to their selected dumping site. The final cost may have been perfectly accurate, but I would have felt better if I had approached this knowing now what I learned the hard way.

After trying to find someone to help with our project and getting many no shows or no call backs, Clean Out Solutions were the answer to our prayers. They were prompt, equipped and courteous and worked tirelessly to get the job done as promised.

I highly recommended Darius and his crew. They are professional and they did a perfect job tearing down my old shed and hauling away the debris. They worked non stop and finished the job as promised.

The owner is extremely professional and reliable. I was able to receive a price estimate within minutes of submitting my pictures. The prices are very reasonable and I was scheduled right away. The guys did an amazing job clearing my storage space. The job took around 2 hrs and there was a lot to remove. I highly reccomend!
