The Tech had a late arrival but did call to state he would be a little late. Thought this was a good thing. Overall was ok with withTech but as it has turned out the quality of the work was lacking. Spots came back before the carpet got totally dry. Just cant get what you expect at all anymore. Seems as though the Tech just wet the floor and vacuumed the water out as best he could. Not sure he used any sort of stain remover.

Rick was incredibly kind and professional and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and upholstery on a large sectional and chair. Several stains were removed from the chair cushion, and a few pet urine stains from the carpet. He called to confirm each appointment the day of, arrived on time, and finished within the time frame quoted. He takes pride in his work, and stands behind the services he provides. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using CleanPointe again.
