It turned out when the repair person came the floor was wet and the job couldn't be completed He looked at the other items that needed repairing and will be able to complete them without issue when he returns.

Andrew did a very good job cleaning my carpet. He was very friendly, polite and professional.

The best carpet/tile cleaner I have ever had!! I am 74 years old, have used big name companies before, with a less than satisfactory result, and I was astonished what huge difference CleanRinse made in my carpeting. Andrew is knowlegable, professional, listens wells and all in all, the best example of what a carpet/tile company should be. I will never use anything other than Andrew/CleanRinse. Extremely pleased!

Vendor arrived on time and was professional - We were not sure about the Equipment they were different than what others had used in past so he explained and offered to try on one room and if liked to proceed further. We appreciated his Flexibility and were impressed with one room and allowed him to do entire house and tiles in all bathrooms. It turned to be good experience overall - will recomended.
