Clean Rite Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

The work that was done was sub standard. Especially the tile. The bathroom floor is uneven and so are the wall tiles. The grout gaps are not consistent. The hole in the floor that was discovered when the vanity was removed was to be filled with concrete. I had to hire another contractor to come in and fix a lot of the work that was done only to discover that they had filled the hole with drywall dirt instead of the concrete that was purchased for that purpose. This hole was directly next to the only central air vent in the room. Every time the A/C kicked on the dust would be pushed out into the room. I have documented all the issues.

Overall pretty good. They guys were friendly. The only "concern" I had was writing a check to the owner and not the company. Although I would probably use them again I recommend a little more professionalism. Thanks

I was not pleased that he scratched a few of my base boards up and they did get the carpet way to wet, but overall did a pretty good job. The guy was reallly helpful with moving the furniture out of the way.

This man was not someone I wish to do business with again..The origional agreement was for 5 rooms, he said he could do better than other cleaners he had new machine..explained than very dirty carpets and mostly pet stains...no problem. Whe he arrived we requested deodorizer, bur his price was to expensive..so he made me a nother offer that only increased my costs from 119.00 to 160.00..But his enthusiam for job was diminished and his cleaning followed...Smell and the stiffness in the carpet was distasteful..He did not clean around baseboards, in some rooms he did nothing except the main dirty spots..Carpet is cleaner, but after one week man

The crew of two were polite, running a little behind schedule but called ahead of time to let me know and then again when they were on their way. I asked them to do a couple extra rooms and they happily agreed. Overall, I was very pleased with the crew and the quality of their work. My carpets look, feel, and smell much better. I will use this company again.
