"Hi Marie, I would never use language like that to one of my clients. I simply told you that the information you gave me was not accurate. After leaving your home, I had my cleaners send me the before and after pictures of the job they completed at your fathers. I had then sent you the pictures of the toilet and the floor after we cleaned them and as you can see, they were perfectly done. When I came to the home, you showed me a toilet that had fecal matter smeared from the top of the toilet all the way to the bottom. Unfortunately, with your father’s condition, we know that he was most likely the one that caused this. My cleaners would never leave a bathroom in such shape, as the pictures I showed you had proven. I had also called your sister after the cleaners completed the job and confirmed with her that she was very happy and said the house looked amazing! Your father was also a sweetheart. We all adored him. HomeAdvisor recommended us because we do the type of deep cleaning that you required in your fathers home. It is a different type of cleaning because of the condition of the bathrooms as well as the dog feces that was throughout the home. We are sorry that you feel the clean was not done properly but the pictures I have sent you show otherwise. Your sister was thrilled after we left and you did not arrive at the home until several days later, after your father (and others) had used the bathroom/home. Once again, I would never accuse a client of lying to me or scamming my company. I absolutely never used those words and I spoke very professionally to you about this matter. Take care, Marie."

"Hi Brenda, We are so sorry that your experience with our company was not what you had hoped. When posting a review, we could only hope that our clients will be honest and truthful with their statements, whether they be positive or negative. I do not feel this is the case. In no manner, shape or form did my staff ever offer to sell you pot. You had told me that you had this conversation recorded but I have yet to hear this recording, although I have requested to. When I met with you, you had stated to me that you suffer from severe anxiety and paranoia, as well as PTSD. I was very empathetic and can relate to your condition, as far as the anxiety goes. I shared some of my own stories with you relating to this. Too many people suffer alone and I was happy to sit and listen to you talk about this while we visited. I understood and cared. I discounted your initial cleaning by $50 to stay within your budget. We accommodated ALL of your requests as far as noise, letting you know before we turn the vacuum on, etc. Before we left you walked through your home and told us what a wonderful job we did! We even received a hug from you. When I received your first text message of an unsatisfactory nature two days later, I was quite surprised. I visited your home again with you, walked through and offered you 3 free hours of cleaning services as you felt we did not clean up to your expectations. You also felt that we damaged your home. You pointed out several scratches and granular size marks on your walls, ceilings and floors. I walked through and patiently allowed you to show me things in your home that we couldn?t have possibly done. Some of the scratches you mentioned and showed me were above eye level as well as on your ceiling. You also have a very large dog in the home. You have a beautiful home and we made it sparkle. We did however miss cleaning the outside of one window. Before leaving, I generously offered you three hours of free cleaning services with our company. You thanked me and agreed. I feel the manner in which I had handled your concerns was more than fair. I am truly am sorry that you do not feel the same. I wish you the best in all your future endeavors, Ann"
