5 consecutive days of catching and removing skunks from my front yard. Very informative and thorough in explaining the process and answering all questions. Very prompt in setting up once hired. Very quick and communicative in picking up and setting new cages. From start to finish great experience working with them. Front the start speaking with the owner and still now continuing working with his whole team every time they come. Wish I didn’t have to make the expense but happy I hired them to come out to help with these nuisance skunks

Clean Slate meets their commitments. They set up traps for squirrels in my backyard. Their pick up was prompt - hated to see trapped animals but had to eliminate the possibility of disease for pets. The communication was good. The team was very professional. I recommend their services.

Joey and his crew were very professional. We had a skunk under our house in the crawl space. It had sprayed so the odor was coming up into our house. They showed up on time. Explained very clearly what they would be doing then secured the crawl space opening so that the skunk could get out but not back in. After that, they went under the house to make sure there were no baby skunks or anything else, sanitized everything and installed crawl space doors. Very smooth and easy process. Reasonable price and they gave us a good deal on the crawl space door. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Stopped responding. The warranty and guarantee are meaningless. Joseph E. Conger (Joey) stopped responding to calls and text messages. I still have rodents, and their technician told me they need to come back and block holes. He found a hole at the base of the house that needs to be sealed.
I reached out three times in one week to ask Joey to schedule his team. No response. They have an F rating on BBB because of a non-response other customer complaints.

We had a very good experience with CSPCC! Ricardo came out quickly to give us an estimate and then Miguel did a heroic job of removing a dead animal from under the house. They also closed up all our vent spaces with good materials. I highly recommend their services!

These guys were quick to find and show me exits and entrances rodents used and then closed them up. Traps set in a few spots inside garage and house but only one rodent was caught in two weeks of following observation. No ins and no outs.
