After pleading with me to give him a 5 star review because another customer submitted a 1 star review, the owner proceeded to cancel our service after we found out we had a leak. We agreed for him to service the pool even though the chemicals weren?t holding. He agreed. 1 week later he sent me a text canceling our service because he said he wasn?t ?profitable? going back on our agreement. He later admitted he added more pools to his route so we were pushed to the side. He manipulated us into the review to help offset his bad reviews then backed out of our agreement. When the summer hits he will run to save chemical but in winter when he?s not using chemicals he is fine with it. Beware

I am beyond excited to have this team coming to clean and service my home pool. We had recently discovered algae dust after Wednesdays cleaning and I called yesterday they were here today prompt courteous and professional my pool has never looked so pristine I cannot stress the professionalism and prompt attention to my dilemma thank you so much. I am going for a dip now!!!! Wish you were here! lol

He came at the same time every day,if there something extra that needs to be done, he's take care of it. Customer service oriented and local.

My experience with other pool cleaning services hasn't been the best. Dave made sure to take good care of my pool and he was very easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable pool guy! Very happy with my beautiful pool!

Pool has never looked better! Their price was higher then my last pool guy but they never showed up and the pool never looked as clean. Very happy with Clean Waves and would definitely recommend them.
