The owner of the company met with me to discuss the services I needed. On the first visit, the owner accompanied another employee. They were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning what needed to be done and in the manner I wanted it done. They were also careful not to use products that I did not want or could not have used in my home. Through the years, I have hired various professional cleaners. I hope to have a long-term relationship with “clean with a sparkle“.

Tracy and her team were just wonderful! Tracy kept me informed during the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. They methodically went from one room to the other with an attention to detail. I plan to have them come regularly to my home. I have been telling all my friends. Thank you Tracey!!!!!

Tracey and her crew of Ladies got there on time showing she respected my time. They cleaned the townhouse from top to bottom in the most trying of circumstances- no air in the middle of summer! I contacted clean with a sparkle for a one time cleaning. I described my home as I had for the other companies I was getting an estimate for and got a reasonable price. Tracey then asked about smells and allergies etc, and this is what sold me on clean with a sparkle. She took the time to find out my family s needs. It was the only time I was asked about such things. I booked the cleaning and Clean with a Sparkle showed up on time,and did a fantastic job cleaning. My wife came home from work to a Sparkling home! Tracy and company are efficient and thorough. Like any good professional, they schedule ahead (through the end of the year), and call or text me to confirm, the day before their scheduled visit. I also like the fact that she will help me with little “extra” tasks that I cannot do myself (I am partially disabled). They definitely leave my place “Clean With A Sparkle.”

I hired Tracy to clean a home I just purchased. She was amazing and the customer service is over the top! They came for initial meeting and Tracey was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and on the money with what I needed. Completed initial cleaning and did an OUTSTANDING job!! Very conscientious, she calls and let you knows she is coming, calls the day before to confirm the appointment, and calls after to make sure everything is how you'd like. She is great. She is very trustworthy.
