Henry and his staff members are professional and get the work done. No-one is perfect, but they are the closest to it! They work hard and get the job done in a timely fashion. They are reliable are priced relatively competitively. I recommend them!

On time and great work!

I do not recommend. When the girls at this cleaning company vandalize my property because I complain about inconsistencies and subpar job about basic cleaning like floors, dusting, and wiping appliances. When Henry told me all of what they do when he came to my house, it did not happen by his cleaners. It took multiple and multiple times, a supposed manager to come and a firing which I hired back. I asked for a new cleaning crew and that did not happen. There were times it was fine but this last time they destroyed my items with liquid foundation. They destroyed my children s belongings. There was makeup behind doors and on my husbands treadmill. It was on my sons duvet corner, his stuffed animal and my newborn bassinet. This is expensive pottery barn and uppababy stuff. The way it was setup was to frame my son because of it was in his room on his sheep he sleeps with every night and duvet. The duvet was an adult handprint. If it was my son who sleeps with the stuffed animal and the duvet it would be a mess, all over sheets, him, his bed, pjs. It was one adult handprint on the lower left corner. There was makeup on the floor of his bathroom that they supposedly cleaned and my child had a child proof knob so he can t get in there bc he is not potty trained yet and he takes baths in my room. The problem with their story is my son was not home. There was makeup on areas he could not reach like a light plate, the treadmill, too high on doors. The girls were in every part of my home where the makeup was. If anyone knows a toddler they are messy and leave a war path of there distraction. This was in random isolated locations. I used the bassinet with my newborn that morning. I am on maternity leave and have a ring security system. When Henry agreed it was not my son he had the nerve to say someone was in my house before them. Really? If someone was in my house they would steal stuff and not put makeup in random spots. Henry kept defending the girls by saying they don t carry makeup, they didn t do it. Well are you with them? No. Could they used mine since they are in my bathroom? Come on. When I asked him to replace the items that were damaged, I sent him links of them. He refused. He said to me multiple times it s not a big deal, it washes out well it didn t wash out. It ruined my belongings and it goes beyond that. It was the purposeful malicious act that is the problem. By definition this is chrominance mischief and they should be ashamed. To not take accountability or apologize and say it s not a big deal is pretty messed up. I filed a police report.

Henry is great to work with. If you have a change in dates for cleaning he will always help. No problem. Once the ladies know what you prefer they do not need to be told again. We have been using them for over 3 years.

One time experience for review but will use again. I asked for help on short notice and they made it happen called back a few short minutes after initial call. Easy to communicate with. Work was satisfyingly clean. After a month or two regular service I will update or provide new review.

Had a meeting with them a few days before cleaning at my home. Was told 3 people would be here and would do a deep clean. 2 people showed up and hour and a half late and the deep clean was not preformed to prior discussion. Nothing above 5 was cleaned, pitcher frames, lamps, blinds and ceiling fans. Base boards were also a discussion, not done either. Will not use them nor would I recommend them.

We had an unfortunate incident that left an oily residue on our floors. With two little boys, this residue was constantly tracked from one area of the house to another and I just couldn't get on top of it. I called Henry at Clean and Shine and he had two professionals at my home that afternoon. They vacuumed and mopped the entire house...twice! It took two times to get the last of the stickiness, but they were willing to do it until I was satisfied, all for the flat fee that was quoted before they started. I couldn't be happier, and would definitely hire them again.

Recently hired Clean and Shine to take over weekly housekeeping for our house. Was very satisfied with the job they did. Definitely recommend them. Looking forward to a long term relationship with this company.
