I accidentally wrote these guys a bad review. I feel really bad because they actually haven't done any work for me yet!

The 2 cleaners were nice and did a very good job cleaning the house. However, their vacuum cleaner broke down which left the dining room without vacuuming and the den and family room with very poor vacuuming. Equipment breaks, but they should have had someone bring them another vacuum. had to ASK for a discount!! (a whopping 5%)

Great, friendly company to deal with. I am remodeling a home and they did a post-construction cleanup for me so that I could paint. The owners are really friendly and their prices are fair. I would not hesitate to hire them. They are a great company!

Sara the operations manager is a nice person. The business is young and struggling to maintain good employees. The experience I had is too lengthy to explain. In summary - the business should focus on finding good people and training them - if that happens, I believe the overall experience would greatly improve.

Great working with this company - kind people and good quality work. We have house cleaning on a semi-regular basis and they always leave things looking beautiful!

good job on cleaning our inside logs in our home. Terrible job on cleaning the house. I paid close to three thousand dollars for 9 hours of work. Slop job on cleaning. I wanted a deep cleaning and paid for it. I did not get a deep cleaning. They didnt even clean my living room and dinning room floors. What they did clean was sloppy and rushed. I would never recommend them for a cleaning job to any one.

I found this company professional and organized. They were also a delight to work with. All the areas discussed were completed well with nothing overlooked. I recommend them and will use CLEANbee again.

They were initially very good, dependable, and very customer service worthy. However, they stopped being available around November of last year after 3 or 4 months of dependable service. They stopped coming and didn't say anything about it. I just thought they were short of cleaning personnel, or that they had just gone out of business. I called and left messages many, many times without any response. There was one cleaning that I thought was gratis because of a death in the family, but I made up for that when they changed their mind & disputed that. I loved their cleaning work, but unfortunately I couldn't reliably get hold of them in the end. I was very surprised when I found out they were still in business this fall. I again contacted them to find out if they would help, but they haven't called me back to do business again. Can be very good, friendly, but often not available to call back. Steve M.

We have used this company for two services--house cleaning and a one-time clean out of our basement and garage. They are professional and their goal is to please the customer. They do excellent work and their employees are a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend

From the very first phone call up to the 2 people that came to clean my house, everyone has been super friendly and completely respectful. They cleaned my house beautifully. Cleanbee is 100% better than the company we housed previously. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We called CLEANbee in a crunch and they were able to help us with a move-out/deep clean. My initial contact Sara was very prompt and thorough in reviewing the work required, discussing expectations, and even putting them in writing along with the quote. Their cleaning team came in the next day and completed everything that was promised and did a very thorough job. I will definitely hire them again.

The rls doing whole house cleaning were very good. My project was whole house cleaning, baseboards, blinds baths , everything. Cleaning my rugs was spotty; no furniture was ever moved. She also did furniture. That was the best she could do considering the condition.

Sara was my initial contact and she was amazing...personable, knowledgeable and understanding. She was able to assess my needs and then sent Michelle to do the recurring cleaning. Michelle was very conscientious and professional. I would highly recommend this company with no reservations.

Very professional and courteous. They squeezed us in when we needed the work done on our home in a tight window. We also thought we needed basic work done, which was true for the most part, but one bathroom was in worse shape than we thought. They charged us for that work, but gave us a heads up and did excellent work. All around good experience.

They were very courteous, on time, quick & pleasant. Overall very satisfied!!

Communication was great! We were pleased with the results and the fee for the service. We will definitely have them back again.
