Cleaning and Concierge by Catherine is dedicated to providing our customers with the best quality and cleanliness! We are here to build relationships with our customers and communities. This is a fully family owned and operated business and we run our business based off of honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm. We always do it right the first time, which is probably why we have a 5 star rating! Cleaning and concierge is the cleaner for summit pointe apartments and villas in Columbus, and cleans for multiple residential clients as well as elderly who need that extra bit of help! We love helping make a space livable and breathable again, as well as providing that vacation home feel with our toilet paper origami. One Time Interior House Cleaning
Catherine is a miracle worker! We had a move out clean scheduled with her. She went above and beyond! Our house looks like we never even lived in it. She was so kind, informative, attentive to detail, and prompt with all communication. She also allowed me to walk through several times to make sure everything was done to my liking. Catherine truly cares and takes pride in her work and that shows thoroughly!! I would highly recommend and will be booking biweekly cleanings with her on a regular basis!

Catherine did a wonderful job doing our military move out clean she took the whole list that the housing office gave us and did everything to do in the house on it. She was super sweet and personable and got the job done in a quick and timely manner I would definitely recommend!

We have used Cleaning and Concierge by Catherine several times when we have AirBnBd our home while out of town. She is super trustworthy and has been really responsive when we added on extra stays or needed to change dates. We have had no complaints from our guests on the cleanliness of the house and it has looked spotless when we have come home. All the paper goods and items were replaced as directed. Plus, helped us out by hooking us up with lawn care too! In addition this, Catherine and her husband are diligent to look out for anything odd and keep an eye on our home. They let us know when something looked strange with one of our guests. They have gone above and beyond to be good neighbors as well as great contractors.

Catherine is such an amazing breath of fresh air. We run a treehouse and two llama cottages on Airbnb. The treehouse is called Atlanta Alpaca Treehouse in the Bamboo Forest and we've hosted Billie Eilish on our experience tour and filmed a ton of commercials and three Netflix shows, and a host of other television shows. So having our properties be immaculately clean is paramount. Catherine is polite, lovely, accommodating, warm, timely, and a GREAT cleaner. She lives a decent distance from us so she even went so far as to find us a local cleaner when she can't make it, which is above and beyond. We adore her and you can't go wrong with Catherine.

Catherine is a hard worker who pays attention to detail. When there is extra work I need her to do, she will always make time to get it done if not in that visit then the very next one. Catherineâ s prices are fair & worth every cent! She is very approachable & easy to talk to. She takes her work very seriously!! If thereâ s something youâ d like for her to do differently or a product youâ d rather her use, all you have to do is talk to her & itâ s done. She comes in & gets the job done.
