Blinds were cleaned on site. This was the best recommendation for hiring them.

It would be good if they could clean the window as part of the shade cleaning service since the window gets sorted with the shade cleaning. It gets sprayed with the shade cleaning fluid.

Not happy. Called my daughter a lier and said there was something wrong with her because she took pictures and video of the crappy job they did. They thought they did a good job. Terrible customer service!! Very bad experience for me.

Excellent service for horizontal blinds cleaning which they did on-site.

We had exceptionally dirty blinds in a rental. Cleaners came out quickly and made these old blinds look great. Was deciding if I should replace, but after cleaning, did not need too. Wonderful customer service .

A manual process. The woman used pre-stain Resolve carpet cleaner on my blinds. Bac said it wouldn't affect the paint on my walls. There were dirt splatters on it afterwards. He also said that the string/ropes would be cleaned, too. Not so. Expect to clean the windows and sills afterwards.

They had an equipment breakdown so it took a little longer to get the drapes back. But they did a good job of cleaning some very dirty drapes and the tech even brought a steam wand to use when rehung to ensure the folds were correct. I would use them again.

Based on my experience, expect to have some difficulty in arranging both pick-up and return. Some of this is due to the distance (San Jose/Campbell area to San Francisco), too few personnel for the amount of clients perhaps, as well as unknown other factors. The draperies look good/clean, but because of transport, some wrinkles remained after hanging. There just are few services like this in the Bay Area.

They had to come back a second time to fix their work. The first time the string used for my blinds was too thick for the device. The second person to come in had more experience and knew just what was wrong. He changed out the string very quickly and now they work like new.

I would have given a full 5 star rating but each time I called I had to leave a message instead of speaking to someone. Calls were returned promptly but that's not always convenient. The tech took great care rehanging my drapery .

This is the fastest, easiest way to get window coverings cleaned. And it's one of the few services cleaning Duette-type shades, which are difficult. I wish I had know about them earlier -- CtYD removed years of grime, dust and mold from my shades. I highly recommend them.
