One Time Interior House Cleaning
Communication from them was slow. They did work Christmas Eve; and I was very appreciative of them. They work well as long as they're supervised. One, however, was found on the phone for an unreasonable period of time, which I thought was very unfair given my specific needs and time limitations; that they weren't able to return for at least 10 days They were left unsupervised to work and provide a deep cleaning & left many missed areas or others that weren't complete. They stated they would steam clean the furniture and didn't resulting in a financial dispute in the end which we had to compromise over. Carpet cleaning was performed and done very well. They have a tile steamer; but weren't very diligent in cleaning the mop head. Floors should probably have been buffed with a dry cloth because the machine did leave streaks. Neither checked the oven which was filthy dirty and needed to be cleaned. Other critical areas were missed or neglected also. Would recommend spelling out to the letter exactly what you need these two to do so there's no confusion about what a cleaning versus a deep cleaning is & therefore appropriate charges. Recommend supervision insist that they clean their equipment.

They did not clean anything that they said they would. They said they would clean behind furniture, clean light fixtures, wipe done cabinet doors in the kitchen, clean ceiling fans, clean kitchen countertops, clean toaster oven, clean floors in the kitchen, and family room. None of this was done. I feel they totally lied to me. They charged me $300 for a horrible job. I am thoroughly disgusted.
