Cleaning BCS

Great job! Excellent, professional, very good and fair prices. After so much time lost in searching for a good company (it's full of dishonest people in L.A), I was finally happy with Jesus. He did clean my solar panels, my roof that was terrible, completely black (it's a white roof) and my windows. He did extra windows and was very careful not to make any mess with splashes of dirty water. I will definitely hire him again, as a regular cleaning service.

Did a good job and I would hire them again.

I hired Jesus and his crew to do a large house in the hills with huge Fleetwood brand glass sliding doors. The home also has a lot of interior glass doors, solar panels, and some tricky window arrangements. Jesus and his crew did a great job, they even cleaned up the tracks that the sliders move on and the frames of all of the windows. They used special water and gentle yet very effective cleaning tools. There are also solar panels which were very dirty, wow- I had no idea! Jesus showed me before and after photos and they look amazing now. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Everyone was very professional, I felt totally comfortable with his crew in the house, and there were no language barriers whatsoever. Hire Jesus... he is a perfectionist, like me!

Excellent communication and great work done with care, and still fast. Our windows look amazing, and we are super satisfied! Overall a great experience in every way.

best window cleaning service

The owner of the company, Jesus, was extremely accommodating and gracious with my scheduling requests. He and his crew came in and did an excellent job on my condominiumâ s windows in about an hour. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire him again and would highly recommend him to homeowners and businesses.

They were very friendly on time and did a great job on my windows

Very fast to respond, pleased with results and crew courteous

I can't remember when my windows have been this clean. Excellent work and customer service

All I can say is WOW! TOP NOTCH!!!

I've had pretty good luck using Angie's List, but this time I hit GOLD. Jesus, from Building Cleaning Services called me right away and came over to access the job before quoting me (definitely a pro move). After speaking at length with him, we scheduled service a couple of days later. after climbing a ladder to reach some of my widows, he noticed my rain gutters also needed attention. I didn't think they did so he took photos. They were literally CAKED with a thick layer of dried dirt. I hired them to also clean the gutters (from the roof they scraped 3 buckets of dirt and washed them out). Afterward, they began the windows, including 6 large super filthy sunroofs. They worked so incredibly efficiently to clean the windows, tracks, and screens inside and out, I hardly knew they were here. I was so happy with their service, I asked if they could replace some of my missing and damaged screens and they came the next day to measure. I HIGHLY recommend this company and have already referred them to several friends.
