I was very pleased with their professional attitude and customer service. I scheduled a "deep cleaning" and I was so impressed with their promptness, thoroughness of cleaning and attention to every detail. As a result, I have now scheduled monthly appointments.

When I called, I was able to talk to the owner immediately. The owner was prompt in meeting with me for an estimate and in showing up for the job. Prices were extremely reasonable and I am continuing to us their cleaning service.

The first initial deep clean was fantastic. I gave Cleaning by Design a 5 star rating. The second cleaning they charged me more than what was agreed upon. She broke a picture frame and hit the refrigerator door against the wall and nicked it. She admitted it and her husband said "she didn't do that". The 3rd cleaning was a different individual and she was awesome. She followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. The last cleaning Katie broke something else that had a lot of sentimental value. She told me what happened and said she glued it together. I wish she hadn't. I wanted to do that myself. The glue container was left on the carpet and drops of it on my furniture. The tub was still dirty. I ended up cleaning it with soft scrub. To top everything off, my kitchen broom is gone! No accountability. I would not use them again.

"The price of our service was the issue and not our quality. You state we had no accountability, yet you say that we told about the two incidents in your review. My husband was defending a false accusation that you made when you told him I put several nicks in your wall, you stated above that it was one, that's what he was talking about. The rest is just completely false. We love helping others and it is unfortunate that you would make these false accusations, we don't even use brooms, we use vacuums. You were used to paying a girl $40.00 and after the first invoice, which you agreed to, we began having all the signs that this was not going to end well. We tried to work things out, to no avail, and finally decided to part ways on good terms or so we thought. Then we get this updated review. We will let all of our other great, and honest reviews speak for themselves. It was a pleasure meeting you and we wish you all the best."
