With over 25 years of experience, COVID-19 Disinfection Cleanings: We have upgraded our disinfectant to Navy Brand 6400 hospital grade quat-4 effective against novel coronavirus. This product will not harm pets or children and evaporates after 10 minutes. This basic disinfection is added free of charge on all floors, bathrooms, counter tops, etc. We also offer total home disinfection of 51 "high touch" surfaces at no charge to our high risk clients over 65 or immune compromised . Please contact us if you fall into this category. We expect to operate normally should the state institute a shelter in place order as home disinfection and cleaning services are considered "essential services".

They forgot a lot of things and came back out to fix them the next day. They still overlooked a lot. I asked them to communicate with me via email and got one response. I haven't heard from them since however, they haven't charged me anything yet.

Called for appt with specific instructions about what/how i wanted things cleaned. Instructed manager was having carpets steam cleaned and no vacuuming was necessary. When team arrived, one rep spent first 20 minutes vacuuming my wet basement carpet with my dyson (waste of time/effort, not good for vacuum). Once i intervened, the rep then went upstairs and started vacuuming again to my chagrin! They also busted their bottle of oven cleaner and we spent about 10 min trying to get it working (no spare with them). Lots of wasted time and overall bad effort. Tried to charge overtime, when we called, no cust service f/u or remedy offered.

I hired cleaning concepts as a Mother's day gift for my wife who is a busy working mother. Cleaning Concepts did a "deep clean" the first time and the areas that the company did clean were excellent. But to my surprise they didn't not complete what I would consider a basic cleaning task such as vacuuming. My first impress was not good. We are going to give cleaning concepts another chance because the company had problems with there vacumm.

Service was professionally scheduled and executed. It was a thorough cleaning for the most part. I did have to touch up some spots. This was my first experience with a cleaning service and this company came highly recommended by a friend, so overall it was a delight! The price was high, but it's difficult to place a monetary value on such a labor intensive and valuable service!

Very reasonable price (actually less than it cost when they worked for me 3 years ago) and reliable, friendly service. The same crew of two come to your home at a predictable time. These ladies do a good job. The staff is very easy to work with and are flexible and courteous.

We had major plaster work done in our condo and had Cleaning Concepts come in and do a complete clean afterward. We have hardwood floors throughout the condo and many windows and had plaster dust everywhere. The two person crew did a fantastic job. We are considering having them back on a regular basis going forward.

I had requested a deep cleaning on a vacant home. They did an okay job, but I did expect them to scrub a little harder in the bathrooms, etc. They also turned the a/c way down (which was fine), but then did not turn it back up.

The experience was pleasnat from start to finish, the phone estimate was very easy and priced very reasonable. The ladies that showed up were very friendly and professional. They did a great job, missed a few spots but no big deal. They made my life so much easier and I am planning on having them come in monthly now. Thanks Cleaning Concepts!

The bathrooms were very clean, the kitchen was as well. I was not happy with the floors, there were many places that were not dusted. I was expecting an overall deep clean and it wasn't done. I would not recommend this company.

WOW What a fantastic job!! I received three estimates, but went with Cleaning Concepts because they were the most thorough even though they were not the cheapest of the three. I had my first visit today and I was literally just floored by the attention to detail by the cleaners. They were at my house for about three hours. I have a typical 3 bedroom Brentwood home with hardwood floors. I had requested a "spring cleaning" and they included the baseboards, window sills, mopping all the wood floors, and the windows in addition to the normal cleaning. I had also asked them to clean the unfinished basement and remove cobwebs.

They were on time they did a good job on most things. My house looked good except there were still cobwebs in my light fixture and track lighting. When they dusted they did not pick up picture frames to dust under. Overall I think they did a good job.

The two ladies that clean my house are wonderful. They don't just dust around objects on shelves, they pick everything up. They even moved everything off of my husbands dresser and dusted years of... I don't even want to think about what was on that dresser. They are very friendly and very professional. I can't wait until they come back again in 2 weeks!!
