if they used cleaning solution, they should use one that works. All I could see they spayed some thing on the carpet, disinfectant of a kind. Then vacuum the carpet. There was no difference in the way the carpet looked. It just looks like they cleaned my carpet with hot water, high traffic spots were still noticeable This was in all rooms. I asked for one traffic spot to be recleaned still, no difference,
