Atlantic Shore Heating and Air Conditioning

Although we received central air, the quality and finish of the product are subpar. We were told by the owner, Mark, and his son, Jake, that cutting giant holes into the sheetrock was necessary to complete the project. Atlantic informed us that they donâ t replace the sheetrock or spackle, so to placate us, they told us that their subcontractor, Tony, could replace the sheetrock and spackle. However, the cuts made to the sheetrock are completely off the beams, so additional cuts are needed to fix what Atlantic did. We were sold a bill of goods on a subcontractor they do business with, who claimed he could fix the sheetrock and spackle so that all we had to do was paint. It has been over three weeks, and every attempt to reach out to their subcontractor, Tony, has been met with either a lack of response or an outright hang-up. When we contacted Atlantic Shore, we were told by Gina, the receptionist, and not Mark or Jake, that this was between us and Tony. However, before the project even started, Mark and Jake promised that our project would be completed in full. We made the mistake of paying Atlantic in full even though the project is not completed. We are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work provided by Atlantic Shore. Atlantic prides itself on doing the work fast, but at what cost? The quality of work is subpar, and it appears they cut corners to complete the job in under a week. However, that is not the case because our upstairs is in complete disarray, and Atlantic still needs to finish installing one return. Now we are stuck with an incomplete project, unable to get an inspection, and the response we received from Atlantic was basically, â tough luck.â

I called three companies to install my mini split acs and ended up with Atlantic Shore . They were efficient, knowledgable, and easy to work with. I am happy with this job.

Dealing with Mark the owner, his son Jake and the entire crew was a pleasure. They followed up on all phone calls, we worked together to get to a price I was happy with. They arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the work as promised and left my place spotless. I would recommend them without reservation.

Received phone call from company within minutes of request and home visit from owner with very fair estimate within a couple of hours. Old furnace removed, new one installed and area cleaned very quickly on the day it was promised. Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was very happy with Atlantic Shore and highly recommend this company!!!

they are professional and friendly- we got several quotes but we liked Marks quick and professional quote- they showed up on time and worked from the minute they arrived until they job was completed. they explained what they were doing and why. they were very polite and friendly young workers. they cleaned up after the job was done and made sure everything was inworking order before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of great work and reasonable prices.

I got a few quotes on a new furnace and a/c compressor. His price was right in line with the other quotes but I chose Atlantic Shore because of the quick response and the customer service. When talking to Mark, he took the time to explain the difference between the equipment. The job was done and I could not be happier! I can't thank Mark enough for a job well done!

These guys were great throughout the entire process, from guiding us through choosing the furnace and A/C unit (without any pressure) to work with us on staying within a budget. These guys are wonderful. They are really accommodating and helpful. They really took the time to understand my needs and work with so I understood my options. They were quick every step of the process, and after they were done the only evidence they were here was my new HVAC system. I cannot say enough good things or recommend more highly. With these guys you are in good hands. ! :) !

excellent work! My upstairs AC needed to be replaced. Mark quoted me a fair price and was understanding of my situation, he was able to move some things on his schedule to accommodate my situation. His son and team came in and were very professional and did a great job. I wish my experience with all my contractor's were like this. I would recommend to my family and friends. They will be coming back when my downstairs AC goes.
